An opportunity has arisen for a smart, technically minded individual with corporate experience to work remotely for a FinTech provider, PrimeXM, who we are posting on behalf of.
PrimeXM is a leading Fintech company focusing on providing cutting-edge liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions (www.primexm.com).
What we are looking for
We are looking for a project manager with good corporate experience to help our team with corporate operations in Ukraine. The post holder will be working directly with the Operations Managers across our global offices and be responsible for carrying out necessary corporate tasks of the company.

Main Responsibilities
- Organise resources and existing processes to ensure maximal efficiency
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
- Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Help to protect the company against legal risks and violations.
- Examine and research the legal issues related to new products and services.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist with expansion into new and existing markets including building corporate structure.
- Cooperate with the finance department to help improve compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Corporate Principles
- Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with corporate tasks in Ukraine
- Qualification in Law or accounting considered a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
- Trustworthy, Accurate, Organised, Proactive and Efficient
- Employment Conditions: Full-time
