Project Manager

Our client, an up-and-coming design studio, that works with international, groundbreaking, technological companies, is looking for a Project Manager. Their mission is to develop and design branding, UX/UI, video and other digital and graphic products for their startup and enterprise clients.

What we are looking for:

A highly motivated, strong, digitally savvy Project Manager to join a tight-knit team. The Project Manager will be the primary contact and point of coordination between client, design and development teams and all third parties to manage production from kickoff through delivery.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with internal team and client to clarify functional requirement gatherings for technical specs

Work with management to create proposals for projects

Support the day-to-day project management and take full ownership on all account activities

Oversee and facilitate daily and weekly tracking of projects to ensure timely and on budget delivery

Inspire the team to constantly generate innovative ideas and continuously contribute to create an excellent product

What we require:

Minimum 2+ years experienced as a PM, working on digital projects (websites, UX/UI design, web applications, eCommerce solutions) with a track record of managing multiple projects in a hands-on and 360-degree fashion

Able to thoroughly scope out new projects and create documentation

Experienced with PM tools (Jira, Teamwork or other project management software)

Well versed and have complete understanding of full web development and design life cycle, dev platforms/tools, and can adopt to new tools based on client needs

Excellent level of English

Exceptional organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

A track record of managing multiple projects in a hands-on and 360-degree fashion

Solution orientated and customer service driven

Ability to act and think pro-actively and work confidently, both autonomously and as part of a team

Ability to direct, manage and work alongside other team members and freelance partners

Agency experience

Although a design or arts background is not essential, a good eye for aesthetic and understanding of the design process is a must

Business Analysis/research experience

Worked with tech startups and enterprise level companies (especially US-based)
