Work conditions:

The sales coordinator will be working from their Kyiv based home, but will be attending meetings and working directly with the managing director during his monthly trips to Ukraine. The sales coordinator must have a computer or laptop at their home with strong Wi-Fi connectivity. The assistant will be attending meetings within Kyiv and possibly in other cities in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing local sales activity in Ukraine

2. Attending high-level corporate meetings

3. Booking corporate sales meetings and conducting sales presentations.

4. Has string written and verbal communication in English language.

5. Strong ability to work independently AND on a remote team.

6. Support client meeting activities and managing logistics surrounding all sales meetings.

7. Have sales experiencing selling to B2B or B2C.
