We are a major online advertising network seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to manage our Quality Assurance Team.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a team of Quality Assurance Representatives
• Reporting to the Director Of Product Development via chat and regular voice calls.
• Assisting in the hiring process for new Quality Assurance Representatives
• Identifying areas where employee training is necessary and facilitating this training.
• Assisting Quality Assurance Representatives with the creation of test cases.
• Reviewing QA results and identifying areas that are affecting the speed of project completion.
• Managing QA team priorities, and ensuring tasks are completed in the desired order prior to stated deadlines.
• Very strong problem solving abilities and the ability to make decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Formal training and past experience as a Quality Assurance Representative (Including Basic knowledge of programming languages, including: Java, PHP, C++, HTML, CSS, databases (basic SQL knowledge) and knowledge of Linux and all major Windows versions.
• At least 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager managing a team of Quality Assurance representatives.
• Direct QA / QA Management experience with web based software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
