A US-based company is looking for an experienced full stack developer to focus on growing our automotive CRM platform. We offer above market compensation (depending on experience) and will sponsor H1B visa / green card for the right candidate, if desired. Requirements: * Independent work ethic or fully remote workspace experience* Strong communication skills* Intermediate English - ability to read / understand technical documentation and functional specification documents* 3+ years of experience working on and delivering commercial products* Solid Java skills* Familiarity with SOAP; experience working with XML* Experience working with Spring / Spring MVC (or another MVC framework)* Experiences working with databases and ORM* Solid HTML / JS / CSS knowledge* Ability and willingness to learn Desired Skills * JPA / Hibernate experience* Solid SQL, experience working with PostgreSQL* Experience working with JSP or FreeMarker* Familiarity with React or Vue, node, npm and webpack
