Job obligations:

- Development and implementation of a 3-year Acquisition (including Affiliate) strategy in the EU andScandinavian countries markets that meet the stated business goals related to the company's total income;

- Analysis and optimization of all traffic channels to track ROI;

- Working with the Affiliate Program;

- Working with Media Buying + PPC;

- Search for new channels to attract traffic;

- Development of metrics and indicators for analyzing traffic channels;

- Planning and analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted A / - B tests aimed at increasing the Conversion Rate;

- Close cooperation with the stakeholders and internal departments while improving the product for traffic channels;

- Operational control over the daily work of the Acquisition department;

- Description of internal business processes and control over their execution

Required knowledge and skills:

- At least 1 year of experience in promotion and monetization in sweepstake projects (E-Commerce);

- Experience of significant growth of the company's revenue due to your strategy, confirmed by successful cases;

- Experience with overseas markets (the EU, Scandinavian countries);

- Experience in leadership or independent management of Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, CRM Marketing and / or other promotion channels;

- Understanding of different traffic buying channels;

- Deep knowledge of approaches to digital product monetization;

- Strong analytical skills, metric driven approach, LTV / CAC experience;

- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or equivalent;

- Experience in managing a team;

- Excellent communicative skills;

- Upper-Intermediate English is a must
